Ex-Nazi guard John Demjanjuk fit for trial in Germany Ex-Nazi guard John Demjanjuk fit for trial in Germany
The case will be transmitted to the court in July but it was unclear when any trial would start. Demjanjuk is wanted for complicity in the deaths of thousands of Jews during his time at the Sobibor Nazi death camp.
